Creative Living Homes was created with the specific task of being industry leaders in the comprehensive design and construction of luxury homes- by its parent company, Bonic Building Services Pty Ltd (Builder Lic No. 69732C). With our huge experience as high-quality builders since 1995, we can guide you through the design and planning process, seek the necessary approvals, and ensure your build is of the highest quality, delivered on time and on budget.

Meet the Team
PETER BONIC
DIRECTOR
Second Generation builder. Joined the family business with his father and brother after completing his Production Engineering Cadetship with AWA. During that time, many wide-ranging projects were undertaken mainly in high end prestige residential housing. Luxury homes, apartments, additions and alterations. The business concentrated mainly on carpentry and finishing trades. Later commenced his own building business, firstly as a sole trader in 1990.
In 1995 he created Bonic Building Services Pty Ltd to pursue his passion of providing a superior building product to his clients. The company expanded rapidly. It quickly won projects with many additions and alterations as well as new houses successfully completed on time and on budget. Then in 1997 Bonic building services was approached to build some medium density developments and duplexes by various parties they were recommend to. He continued this path to this day with numerous projects completed- Luxury Homes, Additions and Alterations, Villa and Townhouse complexes, Duplexes and dual occupancies, Secondary dwellings etc.
Bonic Building Services has also completed many civil and commercial projects during that time- Electrical Substations for Railcorp, Sydney Water Pump Station Buildings, Large Scale Electrical Power Station upgrades at Muswellbrook. Peter’s emphasis and approach has always been to ensure client satisfaction by way of communication, courtesy, ethics and delivery of a high-quality product. This benchmark mentality and approach have resulted in much of the projects undertaken being a direct result of recommendation and word of mouth. In fact, we have a number of examples where several projects for the same family were done in rapid succession. He values his customers and keeps in contact with them to this day.
Peter’s and Bonic Building Services building record is completely unblemished. Bearing testimony to the quality of build and client satisfaction. Creative Living Homes was created by Peter and Alex as a division of Bonic Building Services to solely be a specialist in high end Luxury Home Construction, run by Peter and the third-generation builder Alex Bonic.
ALEXANDER BONIC
PROJECT MANAGER
Completed his 4-year full time Construction management degree at the University of Western Sydney in 2012. Worked for Bonic Building Services between 2008 and 2012 on part time basis whenever his University time table permitted.
Then appointed full time site supervisor under Peters guidance. Awarded his Builders licence due to his experience and high qualifications. He has directly supervised numerous projects from Setout to completion and project delivery. He is highly competent and experienced.
In addition to that he has exceptional interpersonal skills when it comes to dealing with our clients and all other stakeholders within the project. Our clients are highly impressed by his knowledge, manner and easy-going polite nature as well as his effective leadership style. It is the sort of reference and praise they offer without being asked. Our trades, suppliers, Engineering Consultants and Certifiers also have a high regard and respect for him.
As Project Manager, Alex is in charge of the entire building process from commencement of works to Completion and handover- site supervision, critical inspections, Work Health and Safety, Building Programmes, dealing and communicating with client, suppliers and other consultants.
