Projects

We engaged Peter and Alex from Creative Living Homes for the renovation of our newly bought home which was in need of a significant refresh. The renovation was quite extensive internally and under a very tight timeline, as we had a fixed date to move in which we couldn’t change.

We received significant amount of valuable advice along the way about issues that we found as we got into the renovation, which greatly helped us in improving the quality and functionality of our new home. Best of all the job was delivered in time for us to move in ahead of our deadline.

We would highly recommend Creative Living Homes to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, collaborative and dependable build of their new home or dream renovation.

"Creative Living Homes built my wonderful house and I just love it. Everyone says what a great place it is and it is a delight to live in. I have a custom exactly what I wanted and I've ended up with a unique little place. The build process was smooth and dealing with Peter Bonic and his team was a pleasure. He explained things consistently and well and was always available to answer questions.

The quality of the build is very high and Peter gave really good advice. I'm extra pleased that I did a covered alfresco as he suggested! I felt Peter and his team really listened to me and did everything they could to make the process easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and if you would like to see my place, get my contact details from Peter and I'll be happy to show you around."

Just a short letter of appreciation to Peter and Alex Bonic for their good work and friendly service. We have carried out 4 large projects in the last 15 years and in the process utilised Creative Living Homes to carry out these works.

The fact that we reused the same contractor for all 4 projects is testimony to good working relationship that we have built with this team, In every instance, we found them to be professional, friendly and cost competitive.

We would have no reservations in using them again going forward.

Worked with Peter throughout the design and approval process and we came up with a fantastic custom architectural design that fit within our budget.

Communication through the build was excellent, end product was better than we could have hoped for, this home really sets itself apart from the mass produced spec home builders out there. Highly recommended.

I must say that Alex was such a delightful personality. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an excellent communicator and paid great attention to detail. He has the ability like yourself to think outside the box and it is evident that he genuinely wants a satisfied customer. Ian and I certainly were satisfied customers.

Thank you so much Creative Living Homes for executing a highly professional job of building a home that was over and above our expectations. My husband and myself appreciated your attention to detail and the way in which you were happy to accommodate our taste albeit a little eccentric in our taste of colour! All of the tradespeople who attended the site were also respectful of our property.

We have exceedingly happy tenants who have remained dry and cosy despite torrential rain that we have experienced of late on the Northern Beaches. Without any hesitation I would recommend Creative Living Homes to others. Thank you so much for a highly professional job.

We engaged Peter and his company to undertake a major renovation including the addition of a second floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the addition of a family room in our downstairs area. We were always updated with all costs and progress in a timely professional manner.

The project was a major one for us and Peter accomplished the job with a minimum of disruption to our family.

We would have no hesitation recommending Creative Living Homes to anyone due to quality and professionalism of their builds.

It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Peter Bonic and his Team at Creative Living Homes. The decision for us to have Peter and his Son Alex manage our project was a simple one. His professionalism, attention to detail, relaxed and approachable easy going manner helped us achieve our goal of knocking down a tired home and creating a luxury home that is the awe of the neighbourhood.

We have and would again highly recommend Creative Living Homes to anyone wishing to engage a builder in a project that requires excellent team work, especially with his sub-contractors.

Quality workmanship and above all effective communication, which ensured we were kept well informed and involved throughout the whole project. Our house was completed well within the allocated time frame and budget. Throughout the process of building our house the site was always kept clean and tidy and Peter and his Team had a strong emphasis on Health and Safety.

If building in the future we would definitely want Creative Living Homes to complete the project.
